I just dragged and dropped that sad face thingamajiggle into Performancing! I love it already!
I remember I had tons of things to blog about, but my brain has suddenly gone blank. Urgh.
Ooh. We went to this place called Bar Nothing to celebrate Snongy's 21st. And we saw...
6 cocktails for $20.
Malaysia also not so cheap! Happy can die! Unfortch, didn't have much to drink....think I only had like 2 cocktails. Effin' tired cos me, Suvs and Chyn had just spent the entire day traipsing the city yet again to
Artbox is throwing us soft toys/kitchenware/stationary/gift vouchers
N2C hopefully some free memberships/free hours <--- rox mah sox
Tokyo Hairdressing called about giving us vouchers
*prances in glee*
But they are damn discriminating I tell you! Lucky we had Chyn this time cos she can speak both Mando and Canto. Never has it been so painfully obvious that being a banana is *not* always acceptable
We go into bubble tea shop.
"Excuse me, is your manager in?" I asked.
"Errr can you gimme a minute cos there are customers coming in" mumbles the counter girl with Taiwanese accent.
~after we wait~
"Sorry manager not in" she says, then flounces off to make some bubble tea, leaving another poor hapless girl in our clutches.
Chyn pitches in Mando.
Suddenly the manager pops up out of nowhere.
What happened to "manager not in?"
I cannot believe the difference it makes when you speak someone's language. But most of all I damn tulan that girl. Manager not in her shrunken ass!
But anyway back to cheap cocktails. There were coolious house creations like Sharapova (milk, cream, strawberry liquer, cherry brandy) and Brangelina. Can't remember what this was made of but it was green.
Somehow, I think of Brangelina and the first colour that comes to mind isn't green. But oh well. Tasted good neways
Happy little drunkards @ Bar NothingMe and Snongy trying to get a pic of us with the awesome surroundings. We fail.
On the outside, the bar looked like the dodgiest place on earth.
On the inside, it's got beat up old couches with fireplaces, brick walls, high wooden loft ceilings and the cutest ever teensy old-school black and white television sets playing 60s films. Loved it!
Gotta go to this networking thing tomorrow. It's a pretty big thing because Melbourne Uni organized it with Graduan and big big companies like Petronas/Shell/KPMG yada yada are all gonna be there...
And I have nothing to wear!!
*cries*
Call me a bimbo but hell must make impression can?!
Must publicize for MoMU mah
//edit
