Captain Jack is back...

And I went to see him today! <3

And, despite all the mixed reviews (too long, ending not good, draggy, blablabla...) I thought it was okay! Meaning...mid-to-upper levels of good? If you know what I mean :D

It *was* a tad long, but I didn't feel that anything could have been left out. OH! Except maybe the part where everybody was making deals with everybody and planning to betray everyone! Which me and Suvs totally didn't understand...we were both like (o_O)??? in the cinema

And...although there might have been a tad too much of Cap'n Jack...I love him anyway! He's so insanely cool (coolly insane?) that I can't help but wish they'd just shown MORE! Who cares about Orlando Bloom and Kiera Knightley anyhoots when we all know they're just gonna end up together again! OH! BUT! *major spoiler alert for peeps who haven't seen it...highlight to read!*

THE ENDING! Puny skinny-as-a-reed Elizabeth becomes Pirate King and Pansy Golden Boy Will becomes Davy Jones? What crock! Although it was kinda sad because that means they only get to meet once every ten years...if he lives forever, he'll only get to see her like, five times before she kicks the bucket. PLUS, she'll age and he won't. Yerrrgghh.

Have just finished up reading Week 6 of Managing Ops. Need to read two more weeks tmr (and hopefully more if possible) and I'll be on schedule! Filofaxes rock mah socks *does a happy dance*

The Penguin is sleeping...kinda feel a little sorry for him because all the lights are on, but I really do need a well-lit place to study. And I know now why I study better at odd hours! Because it's so darn quiet...so easy to concentrate. Which I could actually achieve if I woke up in time to go to the library, but let's not quibble over tiny details like that, shall we :D
