Today

Woke up at 1
Went shopping in Bangsar Village 2 with the Mommy
Can't remember what I bought, but if I see the inside of another changing room anytime soon, we'll need to break out the puke bags
Went to Kitsch to check out their RM150 tshirts
Walan...damn super not worth it but their shoes were oh so pretty!
Metallic shoes with bunnies, cats, dogs, and sceneries painted/stuck on/sewn over each shoe
The designs were fab! But the shape of the actual shoe was what prevented me from buying a pair on the spot
I'll just have to wait till they get better shoes to design on :D

Got stuck in the usual after work jam on the way home
A car overturned on the road leading from BSC to my house
We had to drive on the opposing traffic lane to get past
Tell me how a car overturns on a straight road?

Rushed over to pick up Kah Ling
Got stuck in another jam on the Sprint heading to OU
It's funny how I'm usually an absolute bitch with people cutting into my lane
But when we're in a jam, I let any old person hop in front of me
It's the angel in me - all I'm doing is my tai tai yumcha activities, while these poor people are just trying to get home after a long day's work
I know how that feels :P

There's a new sushi place in OU called Sushi Groove
The food is fantastic and innovative, the service is uber-attentive (my tea cup was not empty for more than two minutes at any point during the meal) and the decor rocks socks
It's modern-dark with green and orange lights glowing in perfect contrast to the dark wood counters and tabletops
The only gripe is that the food was too expensive for the tiny servings
RM 15 for a small plate of 5 skinny sushi rolls...so melampau
Okay, so they were beef strips rolled around melted mozzarella
But still!

After a chain of events, we ended up hanging around in Damien's store for 10pm closing time
Me, Mel, Ben, Nesh, MC, Munky Adrian who just got back from Brunei, and Zarul
Went to pick up Kah Ling, and yum cha-ed at McD's Centrepoint
Where I tried to parallel park in a tiny space

"Okay I can do this"
*teet...teet...teet...teetteetteetteet....TEETTEETTEET* went my reverse sensors
And I zoomed out quickly before anyone (other then Nesh and KL, who were ejek-ing me in the car) spotted me

We made such a racket that the people studying in McD's were cockstaring us the entire night :P
Then we convoyed to my place to watch The Protege
And now, we are all home and going to sleep
Except me, who is blogging...
